Youth Leadership Academy

The Youth Leadership Academy is our 8‑week signature leadership development program built directly on the G.I.F.T.E.D. Framework. We guide young men through a structured journey that turns raw potential into disciplined, purpose-driven leadership others can see.

Across eight focused weeks, participants move through each pillar of G.I.F.T.E.D.: Grounded Identity, Intelligence, Financial, Tenacity, Execution, and Dependable. In practical terms, that means learning how to make decisions based on values instead of pressure, manage emotions under stress, follow through on commitments, and show up as a reliable teammate at home, in school, at work, and on the field.

Sessions combine high-energy teaching, honest conversations, small-group discussion, and real-life application challenges between meetings. Participants set personal goals, track weekly habits, and receive feedback from mentors who understand the realities of adolescence, social media, and the pull of shortcuts. We hold them to a standard-on attendance, attitude, and accountability-because this is not just a program; it is training for real life.
