G.I.F.T.E.D. is a mentorship and leadership movement built to develop young men through structure, discipline, and real-world exposure. More than a program, it is a system for helping young men turn potential into purpose, confidence, and responsible action. Through mentorship, leadership training, life skills education, and community partnerships, G.I.F.T.E.D. creates environments where growth is expected, accountability is standard, and legacy is the goal.
The G.I.F.T.E.D. Framework gives young men a clear path for personal development. Each pillar focuses on a practical area of growth: Grounded Identity, Intelligence, Financial awareness, Tenacity, Execution, and Dependability. Together, these pillars help participants build values, emotional control, money skills, discipline, strong habits, communication, and leadership. The goal is not short-term motivation, but lasting character that shows up at home, in school, at work, and in the community.
G.I.F.T.E.D. exists because many young men have talent, but not enough structure to develop it. By combining mentorship, accountability, leadership workshops, financial literacy, and real-life experiences, G.I.F.T.E.D. helps close that gap. Young men are challenged to take ownership, make better decisions, and move with purpose. Families, schools, mentors, sponsors, and community partners all play a role in building a stronger generation of leaders prepared to create lasting impact.

Founder and Executive Director TJ Fatinikun brings together his experience as a former NFL athlete, entrepreneur, and mentor to help young men build discipline, confidence, and purpose-driven leadership.

Cameron Outlaw leads program development and youth engagement, helping young men connect honest conversations with real action, accountability, and personal growth.

Rebecca Payne oversees operations and community partnerships, ensuring G.I.F.T.E.D. programs are organized, welcoming, and built to serve families, schools, sponsors, and young leaders with excellence.
