Meet Founder TJ Fatinikun

Tunji “TJ” Fatinikun is the Founder and Executive Director of G.I.F.T.E.D. Legacy Group, a youth leadership development organization created to help young men build discipline, character, confidence, and purpose-driven leadership.

Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, TJ moved to the United States at age 11 and learned firsthand the importance of structure, resilience, mentorship, and personal standards. His journey through athletics, professional football, entrepreneurship, and community leadership shaped his belief that talent alone is not enough. Young people need guidance, accountability, and practical tools to turn potential into lasting success.

As a former NFL athlete, entrepreneur, speaker, and mentor, TJ brings real-world experience to the young men and families he serves. Through G.I.F.T.E.D. Legacy Group, he developed the G.I.F.T.E.D. Framework to help participants grow in identity, emotional intelligence, financial awareness, discipline, execution, and dependability.

Today, TJ is committed to building a movement that equips the next generation to lead with purpose, overcome adversity, and create legacies that impact their families, schools, careers, and communities.
