Our Mentorship & Accountability Programs provide structured, long-term guidance for young men who need more than a motivational talk-they need consistent standards and a clear plan for personal growth. Every track is anchored in the G.I.F.T.E.D. Framework so that conversations, goals, and check-ins all build toward real character and leadership.
Participants are paired with trained mentors who serve as truth-tellers, encouragers, and coaches. Together, they work on discipline, follow-through, and decision-making in the areas that matter most: school performance, behavior at home, friendships and relationships, social media use, and early work experience. Each session includes a review of commitments from the previous week, honest reflection on what helped or hindered progress, and concrete actions for the days ahead.
We emphasize accountability in practical ways-attendance tracking, written goals, progress reviews, and clear expectations around respect and communication. When a young man slips, we do not shame him; we help him understand why it happened and how to respond differently next time. Over time, this rhythm builds resilience, stronger self-control, and a reputation for dependability that teachers, coaches, and employers notice.
Parents value these mentorship programs because they create another voice in their son's life that reinforces the same message: character matters. Young men value them because they finally have a safe place to ask real questions, admit struggles, and be pushed toward who they are capable of becoming.
Programs are available in both one-to-one and small-group formats, with virtual options for youth across the region.
