School & Community Partnerships

Our School & Community Partnerships are designed to strengthen the environments where young people spend their time-classrooms, athletic programs, churches, youth groups, and community organizations. Rather than offering one-time assemblies, we collaborate with leaders to design leadership, character development, and workforce readiness programs that fit their culture and schedule.

Every partnership is built around the G.I.F.T.E.D. Framework, giving students, staff, and families a shared language for expectations and growth: Grounded Identity, Intelligence, Financial, Tenacity, Execution, and Dependable. We translate these pillars into age-appropriate workshops, small-group series, or multi-week leadership tracks that address behavior, motivation, and future planning.

For schools, this can look like an in-school leadership cohort, support for multi-tiered systems of support, or targeted programming for young men who are at a crossroads. For athletic programs, it may become a season-long character curriculum that connects discipline on the field with discipline in life. Faith-based and community organizations often invite us to lead youth character development series, weekend intensives, or family-focused events that align with their mission.

Content is practical and measurable. Students engage in discussions about respect, responsibility, and emotional self-control, complete exercises on money management and career exploration, and practice communication skills they can use immediately in class and at work.

We offer in-person and virtual delivery to serve partners across and beyond Tampa, with options ranging from single-day community leadership workshops to ongoing, co-branded leadership academies.
