Donation Refund Policy

All contributions made to G.I.F.T.E.D Legacy Group are considered final. Because donations are charitable gifts that directly fund our leadership training, mentorship, and scholarship programs, they are non-refundable and not subject to return or exchange.

If you believe a donation was made in error, was processed for an incorrect amount, or represents an unauthorized transaction, please contact us at [email protected] or (813) 647-3566 within 15 days of the transaction date. We will review each request promptly and, where a genuine processing error has occurred, work with you in good faith to resolve the matter.
